It's sad to see Merrill Lynch, a bedrock of Wall Street, fall to the financial crisis. I remember taking the obligatory tourist picture by the company's iconic bull statue during my first trip to NYC when I was sixteen years old. It felt powerful just standing by it...that is, until my friends started making inappropriate jokes and taking pictures by its other end (not pictured below).
