I love a good makeover. Whether it's Stacey & Clinton making over Midwesterners in NYC or Oprah & Tim Gunn making over bearded and burly middle aged men, dramatic changes are always fun to see. I love seeing the "before" and experiencing all the built up anticipation right before the "after" is revealed -- it just gets me every time.
